A Small Update
So the semester has finally ended. I would show some of my final projects, but a good number of them were taken for the Summer Show currently in Gallery 1 at 333 S. Broad St. Regardless, the other day I decided that I’ve worked really hard, and deserve some leisurely activity. So, I went to Rittenhouse Square and drew for a little bit. Most of it ended up being incomprehensible scribbles. I haven’t sketched like that outside the studio in a really long time, so I’m a smidgeon rusty. These are some of the things I came up with though.

The following is a piece that isn’t good enough for my actual portfolio, but it was fun to do none the less. It’s just supposed to be a bar scene of sorts.

The Last Riff Rat
This one took forever! I also broke a pen doing it, damn me and my heavy caricaturist hand.

Riff Ratz Again
So, I’m not sure if I mentioned this earlier, but this Riff Ratz liked my character so much that they wanted two more: a drummer, and a singer/guitarist. This is the singer/guitarist, haven’t gotten to the drummer quite yet, but stay tuned.

Riff Ratz
So I’ve finally finished the first character for the Riff Ratz. They’re asking for two more for Monday. Fortunately, now that finals are out of the way, I may actually be able to do that… word. So here it is, the line work was done in ink by hand, and the color is digital.
